Disclosure requirements regarding personal data protection towards customers

Personal data are processed under Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR) for the purpose of: a) Sending newsletters – in accordance with Article 6(a) of the GDPR,
b) Answering the queries sent through the contact form in accordance with Article 6(a) of the GDPR,
c) Concluding and performing the contract in the online shop – in accordance with Article 6(b) of the GDPR,
d) Satisfying the obligations legally binding upon the Controller under tax legislation – in accordance with Article 6(c) of the GDPR
The Controller processes your personal data in connection with the Controller’s legitimate interests, which involve: communicating marketing information by electronic means or on the phone – in accordance with Article 6(f) of the GDPR.
Personal data recipients: a) Poczta Polska,
b) InPost Paczkomaty Sp. z o.o.
c) courier service companies,
d) for orders from outside the EU – personal data will be processed by courier service companies that provide order delivery in particular in the country of the order recipient.
The personal data retention period: a) for a registered customer of the online shop, personal data will be processed until the customer deregisters,
b) for placed orders personal data will be processed for tax purposes for 5 years following the end of the tax year in which the most recent invoice was issued
You give your personal data: voluntarily but you are required to give them for a contract to be performed or for the requested information to be provided, and where an invoice has been issued – the data are processed in line with legal requirements.
Failure to give the data will have the following consequences: it will not be possible to perform the contract and to issue an invoice.
Consent to personal data processing: is only taken for newsletter handling or for contact purposes.
Information about automated decision-making, including profiling: Your personal data may be profiled in order to adjust the offer to your needs.
We also inform you about the administrator's right to request for the access to your personal data, a right to rectify, delete or limit the processing and about the right to object to the processing as well as the right to transfer data and to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body whose contact details are available at www.uodo.gov.pl.
