Returns and withdrawal from the contract

You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.

After clicking the button, complete the form, indicate the order and the product or products you wish to return, and then confirm your statement of withdrawal. Once the form has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

How to return a product?

After receiving the e-mail confirming your withdrawal from the contract, please send the product back without undue delay, no later than within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.

You may include your order number or a copy of the withdrawal confirmation in the parcel — this will help us process your return more quickly.

Cost of returning the product

The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer, unless the return results from our mistake or concerns a product that is not in conformity with the contract.

Refund

The refund will be made without undue delay, no later than within 14 days from the date on which we receive your statement of withdrawal from the contract. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product back or until you provide proof of having sent it back, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original order, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another refund method that does not involve any costs for them.

Condition of the returned product

The Customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the product resulting from using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

In the case of products delivered in sealed packaging which cannot be returned once opened due to health protection or hygiene reasons, the right to withdraw from the contract may not apply if the packaging was opened after delivery.
